Reading and writing ask a child to bring a lot of skills together. A little more time, a different explanation, and patient practice can make the next step feel more manageable.
Julianna offers personalized reading and writing support for kindergarten through sixth grade, using your child’s current curriculum and learning goals. In-person sessions are available within approximately 10 miles of Laurel / Scaggsville, Maryland.

Work on sentences, paragraph organization, and expressing an idea clearly. Break a writing task into smaller steps that your child can work through.
Use classroom or homeschool materials to support the skills your child is learning, with room to revisit a concept before moving on.

Yes. Julianna works with public-school, private-school, and homeschool materials. Current assignments and examples of your child’s work help establish a useful starting point.
No. A family can reach out for help with a specific skill, more practice with current work, or a more personal explanation. We’ll discuss your child’s needs before choosing a starting point.
